Our menu is constantly adapted to the availability of fresh market products and the season. We prioritize the use of locally sourced ingredients, collaborating with farmers and local producers, and always choose organic and sustainable options.

For customers with food intolerances or allergies, we offer two or three carefully crafted alternatives to ensure a safe and delicious experience.

We also offer a children’s menu for €49.50 (VAT included), which includes an appetizer, a starter, a main course, and a dessert, all tailored to the tastes and needs of children (for those under 13 years old).

Dishes such as the “Bio” Green Asparagus from Camuñas, with turmeric and black Melanosporum truffle, or the Suckling Pig, accompanied by its own jus and fruit compotes, stand out for their freshness and authentic flavor.
